YOGA FOR UGA

No Longer do many people have to shy away from Yoga because of its unbiblical context in which it served its purpose. For everything that was meant for bad, God turns to good. Greek, Hebrew, our heavenly language of tongues and English are the only languages you will hear. No Chanting. Pure, holy meditation lead by the Holy Spirit through our trainers.We have been successful in knowing and displaying to our clients the importance of meditation of Him through physical stretching and  the inhaling and exhaling with full flowing breathing "NESHAMAH" is Hebrew for 'Gods Breath' which in English means life, but Gods breath is life.
