MEDITATE

Meditation
Wake The nation
On the inside
As your cells chant
And still I rise

Breathing 
Thinking 
Passing time
Nothing-ness

Peace eclipsed doubt
The highest high
Samadhi

Illuminate 
And breathe 
Think
And breathe
And listen

Listen to your breath
Listen to the sounds of the earth 
The birds chirp
The water runs 
Where is it going

Listen to gravity working
Now
Present

Be eternally warmed by the beacon of light 
Be cautioned And equipped 
of how or even if to fight

Look to the left
Think of the past
Look to the right think of the future
Look straight forward 
What is happening now
Look up and combine them all
All with your eyes closed
Breathe

Feel the breath through your nostrils or your mouth
Onward and it travels east west north and south 
All within your personal nation

You have everything at the moment of stillness
Meditation 
Set your intentions 
And listen
To the still voice inside
The voice you cannot hide
It is you
You and You alone are one
Breathe

Your body cells tell the truth
Connected to the highest on high
When the all of all creation speaks to you

Be still
If your always too busy to listen 
How will you hear

Breathe
Meditate

Head up eyes wide open You probably don’t know you walk like a hunchback Peering at your phone when you walk to avoid stranger contact You probably don’t notice the inability to make eyes meet in passing Cowering low in transition,  open your eyes you will find your position Open your eyes create where you belong With eyes wide open it won’t be long Head up, back straight in relaxed attention You will see new things with perfect postured vision When you see, match it with belief, then match the words and signs Look, read, notice, watch, Step by step you will climb You will make your team and ex out the foe You will have more wisdom from head to toe  You probably don’t notice because all the photos you take are upright Then back to cowering with out the cameras flash and light Stand up straight Your fate awaits  When you stand up straight you see more Eyes open wide You’ll see every pore You’ll see every fragmen...

GRATEFUL

Grateful I am grateful for life and the pursuit of happiness and the consistency of joy I am grateful to be American, where the reality is, that automatically, from birth, everyone born here is in the top 20% of the worlds most wealthy I am grateful for voice and the different places to be spoken from, the heart, the soul, the throat I am grateful for hearing and appreciate all the blessings from active listening, he who has an ear let them hear I am grateful for marriage and divorce.
